Today, I’m going to answer the most frequently asked question that my team and I get, and that is when to start preparing for college admissions. Is it too early to start in 9th grade, or is it too late to start when you’re a junior? You’ll find out today!
We’re also sharing another series of interviews with our Passion Project Bootcamp students. In these student interviews, they reveal how they learned about the best time to start preparing for the college admissions journey, as well as the value of investing in themselves and what the Passion Project Bootcamp Program has brought to their lives that they didn’t have in the past.
I have a big announcement to make! I’m on a mission to transform the college admissions journey, so once a year we host a live event for students and parents from all over the world. This year we are taking it to the next level with a free 3-part video series and live Q&A called The DNA of Accepted Students, where you’ll learn the 3 essential steps to get accepted into your dream college (even if you think you’re not competitive enough). You can watch the first video starting June 20th, with the other videos releasing on June 21st and 22nd, and then on June 22nd at 5 pm Pacific/8 pm Eastern I’ll be doing a live Q&A on Zoom to answer your specific questions.
Registration is FREE and now open at https://passionprep.com/accepted. This is an amazing event that I don’t want you to miss out on, because not only will it transform the way you approach your college admissions journey as a high school student, but also the way you live your life!
Our signature 1-Year Group College Consulting Program, Passion Project Bootcamp, is currently closed for enrollment, but will be opening enrollment in June! To get added to the waitlist and be the first notified, go to https://passionprep.com/ppbcwaitlist!

NOTABLE QUOTES:
“I always tell my students that of course, the earlier the better `{`to prepare for college admissions`}`, because colleges want to see your passion, your commitment and your values over time.”
“You need to strategize your theme and strategize your unique factor. You need to figure out who you are as a person, and once the identification has been made, that’s when you start working on Passion Projects, extracurriculars, clubs and classes. A lot of students have it backwards.”
“If I know myself, if I’m a good coach and if I’m always working on my mindset and my physical and mental health, I can share all of that with my students.”
“All of what we chase after during college, `{`such as`}` more money and better jobs, all of those things start within. You need to understand who you are, what your passion is, what your strengths are, and when you know that, success comes easier.”
